I'm a track runner and I have leagues this thursday and then sectionals next thursday.
my knee is popping and herts alot/
it becomes nummer when i ran but after the pain is somewhat unbearable.
it doesnt pop but it clicks, and advice on what to do,
and quitting is not an option,
ALSO: i ran a 6:17 mile on a dirt track, what to you think i can do on a rubber track?
