Help me please! I call people on my phone, and their phone rings, but when they pick up, they hear nothing, and I hear nothing too. Then, they call me, and my phone vibrates, I answer it, and then I hear nothing. There is just NO sound at all. I brought my phone out with me while I was mowing the lawn, and it was strapped to my sweating waist, but I don't know if sweat was the problem. It doesn't seem to be wet or frying or anything. There just isn't any sound. However, it sends texts and all the other random c**p like that. Oh yeah, and while I was mowing the lawn, I'd move backwards with the mower, and the mower would shake against my phone...know what I mean? That happened like, 3 times.

Someone please help...my phone is the only way I can communicate with my long distance boyfriend.

Pleeassseee...somebody.

  1. there is clearly something wrong with your phone..never heard of that problem before..anyways get it checked at any service centers..Good Luck!!

  2. I've had a similar problem.  The phone rings/vibrates, text messaging capable, but also can't hear/speak with people.  My problem was related to a free headset issue.  I paired a bluetooth headset to my phone, so every time I turn on my phone, it was looking for that device.  I went into the Menu > Settings > Connection Bluetoothoth Link > Device History and deleted my registered headset.  Since it isn't synced up anymore, it doesn't look for it and has worked fine ever since.  If your problem doesn't relate to this, however, then I don't have any other suggestions.  I honestly don't think sweating would ruin it, it would be hard to perspire enough to actually overwhelm the device.  As for vibrating while mowing, phones vibrate by themselves, and INTERNALLY too.  Shaking it up shouldn't do anything to harm it.

Hope that helps, and if not, that's alright.  Just futs around with it for a while looking through settings and such.  Hopefully you'll find the solution like I did.
