I've been looking for a long time now and it's hard to find any good songs for my brother and I to dance to. My dad isn't going to be at the wedding, so my brother is doing the "father/daughter" dance with me. This might help.....we both love The Beatles, Santana, Coldplay, The Rolling Stones, Jack Johnson, Norah Jones, Blur, Oasis, The Cure, Radiohead, The Killers, The Police, the new Robert Plant & Alison Krauss, Smashing Pumpkins and Travis.

  1. I am also getting married that day so congrats! as for your dilemma try something that is not specific to a sibling but is about love like the way you look tonight by Sinatra or what a wonderful world by Louis Armstrong? PS I think it is wonderful that you have a brother that loves you that much!

  2. If you like Smashing Pumpkins, definitely go with Tonight, Tonight. It's beautiful and perfect for you guys.

  3. How about "Ain't She Sweet" by the Beatles?  I think that would be kind of fun!

Another Beatles song that might be nice (not too lovey-dovey, and not too stereotypical for weddings) would be "Anytime at All"

Good luck finding a song for you and your brother, and Congratulations!!

  6. These songs are not by any of the artists that you mentioned but they are very touching.  In my opinion either one would be perfect for a brother/sister dance.  If you are anything like me than you will need to grab your tissues.

While some of the songs on this list are clearly father/daughter (and I'd avoid those) there are plenty that are somewhat more generic.

  8. I like the 2ND answer,What a wonderful world.

  9. I listened to both Beatles songs and I would use "Anytime at all". Best of luck!
