HELP NEEDED, What is the bank's reserve ratio? with no decimal point or fraction.?

Loans: $400,000

I don't want the answer and I want to the way that you used to find this ratio.I tried like that 100000/100000:500000/100000=1/5.Is it right but it says in the question no demical point or fraction.What I can do?

The reserve  ratio is often given as a percentage so you could say 20% or just 20.
