Wow you have a lot of planets in Aries! Why not just go to this site. You can get a free sample and they explain everything to you! Don't forget to select the advanced chart and put in your time of birth keep in mind if you were born during daylight savings or not depending on where you were born.

Yes. That is a birth chart. There are probably professional astrologers in your city or town, or nearby, that would be glad to explain your chart to you. It's called getting a reading. They will draw on years of experience and knowledge to explain your chart to you, to help you understand yourself a little better. They will, however, expect to be paid for all that work.

Wow! A lot of Aries in your chart.  I like Aries =P.  Interesting birth chart too.  Everything seems to be on on half of it.  You can actually do your own research on it by googling info you obtain on it.  That same site will give you an interpretation of it as well.
