HELP! NEW MAKEUP! TIPS?

my mom is going to buy me all new make up because i just started wearing it, i really want my eyes to POP! what should i get?

You can wear mascara to make your eyes POP!Or also you can buy a Max Factor Lash Curler which costs $5 at the drugstores.You can buy Eye Lashes and put it on and that makes your eyes POP out too.

you should get purple, peach, brown or green(eyeshadow) to bring out your eye color.

brown/black eyeliner.

peach/very light pink blush

and a very natural pink/neutral lipstick/lipgloss

i also have blue eyes and i wear "go platinum" eyeshadow from victorias secret "Beauty Rush" it looks really good in my opinion. i think you should try that out!! =]

your so pretty that i dont think you need tons of different make-up, like eyeliner, mascara, and other c**p. you look great w/ out it!

One technique I use to really make my eyes stand out is apply a little bit of white shimmer cream to the center of my lids before I put on the eyeliner and shadow. If you just use a little bit, you get a fresh, subtle sparkle that adds some dimension. (It doesn't stay looking white, it kind of blends into just a shimmer.) They have a really cheap one made by NYC.

Maybe You Could Try A Coloured Eyeliner,

I Use It Often And I Like It,

Maybe A Light Green Or Light Purple Would Look Nice,

You Could Also Try Coloured Mascara, I Don't Personally Use It But It Does Look Quite Nice, When It's Used Properly.

If That's The POP You Want, If You Don't Want It Too Dramatic The Maybe Just Some Pretty Eyeshadows :)

Use Maybelline, it gives you directions on the makeup on where it goes exactly, I tried it and it worked! my eyes looked great. The price is reasonable too.

eyeliner. and some blue/brown eyeshadow. some foundation. and skin power. and some blush if you want but i dont think you need it. hope this helps! just buy the basic makeup and it can work with you and ur skin. buy brown and blue since its the color of ur eyes.
