HELP!! Need command prompt before windowsXP loads!!?

Question

I made the mistake of following some instructions online about how to get rid of some spyware. i renamed two dll files and now when i load windows, those files are needed to login, so windows won't load. ALL I NEED TO DO IS RENAME THOSE TWO FILES, but i can't get into a command prompt before windows loads! Even safemode doesn't work. I'm running WINXP and i have an xpdisc, a win2k disc and a win98 disc- will ANY of these help me get to a command prompt? If so, how? If not, how do I rename these files so windows will load?? I know I'm a dumba$$, please just help me.

Download a safe disk, or MS-DOS startup disk. They will come in handy =)

Boot from your XP disk and when asked what you want to do Install repair etc

Press the R key for repair. Windows will install in repair mode and you will not lose any files
