HELP! Nose Piercing Bump.?

Question

okay so i got my nose pieced 6 weeks ago, and i got the nose bump. so anyway yesterday it popped and was bleeding like crazy and looked really really gross. i know it sounds disgusting. so anyway who has has this before, what could i do to try and get rid of it?

I heard about using salt water but that didn't work.

What are using to clean it with?

Anyway, if its all gross and soggy, I'd recommend a cammomile teabag. Basically make tea with it, and use the teabag as a wet, warm compress, after the teas cooled a little. The warm will help draw all the lymph and whatever else is in there out.

You can also use a dab of emu oil once a day instead.
