Question:

HELP?!?! Opening Word Documents from the Internet?

Whenever I try to open word documents (or save) them from the internet, they appear as random letters, numbers, and symbols, and I don't know how to change that into readable english!!

Here's an example of what it looks like:

  1. It has to do with the format and the reader you use. Try to ensure the format&#039;s the same. Also, you can probably try an online document reader to find out what it says: google documents works well.

    I&#039;m sure someone with more technical information will give you a better answer, but this may get you through.  


  2. What&#039;s the file extension of what you&#039;re trying to open? I see pdf up top there. That&#039;s a dead give away that it&#039;s probably not a word file. Try acrobat
