HELP! Opinions needed...?

Okay.... My husband and I have been ttc for child number 2 for over 3 years now with no luck. Have a friend (okay like a little sister) who is 16 and now thinks she may be pregnant. Trying to mentor her in some ways but a little jealous in others.

She says she spotted lightly for three days about 1 week into her cycle, and then spotted again last week. She is due for af tomorrow. She is on birth control but missed one pill around the same time she was sexually active.

She is tired all the time, headaches, sore breast.

Do you think she could be pregnant and what advice can I offer to her?

She could definately be pregnant.  It is very big of you to be concerned and helping her.  I know it is hard, trust me.  I would first instruct her to take a test when AF is late and then she needs to tell her parents or whoever is responsible for her.  Also let her know about prenatal care and just let her know you are here if she needs to talk.
