HELP PLEASE!! Cheapest one way flight from PHX to SFO August 17. Night flight??

The cheapest is $159 but with connections at LAX and total flight + layover time minimum 6 hours and 25 minutes.  

Better, considering your criteria (night flight) would be $171 with United, nonstop, departing PHX 7:28 p.m., arriving SFO 9:30 p.m., or USAir nonstop departing PHX 9:54 p.m. arriving SFO 11:49 p.m.

I also checked Allegiant Air which fly from Mesa, but they don't yet serve Bay Area airports.

I also checked PHX-OAK and found $134 on USAir nonstop departing PHX 5:10 p.m. arriving OAK 7:08 p.m.; also $134 USAir dep PHX 8:46 p.m. arrive OAK 10:43 p.m.  These, of course, are also nonstop flights.

Best and cheapest to book direct from the airline's own website.

Checking Kayak.com, USair is showing around $142 for an early AM flight, and then there are many many options in the $160s.

You want to book soon, after 8/3 you will be within the 14 day window and prices will rise.

Southwest has a flight leaving at 8:55pm and arriving at SFO at 11:00pm.  It is a nonstop flight and their last flight of the day.  It is only $124.  $134.50 after taxes

Southwest Airlines and USAIRWAYS both have non-stop flights for $124+tax  on August 17 from PHX to SFO.

Check out south west airlines. The are not with price line or other companies like that, but have some of the best prices on flights anywhere. I use them often
