Oh my god.  Your brother needs help.  You need to notify your parents or some other adult in your family; this really is serious and needs to be handled in the right way.  Try to delete the pictures if you are not comfortable telling someone.  Don't worry about your brother calling you a "snitch" or whatever.  You are seriously trying to help him.
