OK so i was coming in from playing outside. i went up to my room and my lepored gecko was sheding. Then he turned around and ther was a red bubble coming out of his butt. and it is still here this morning!!!!!!!!!!

HELP ME PLEASE,,, TELL ME WHAT THIS IS.
