Well you have a few choices...... 1. Go see your family doctor, i know thats heaps embarrassing, but like one of the other answers said "He's seen it all b4", plus being a guy. 2. You've left it for a few years, has it got any worse?, sounds like no, After a bit of masturbating for a few more years, i'd say it would 'wear' off.(it may be something left over from when u were a baby). And lastly 3. You don't need to be circumcised, just keep things clean as possible with a good antibacterial soap and water. Plus i may get a few laughs, by saying this, but 'Vaseline' does help your p***s stay soft and not dried out.

As for the added line or two...... Thats perfectly normal when u m********e for the first few times, it does feel like your p***s head will explode, don't hold back, enjoy the feeling.

Well, it isn't herpes or an STD.. you've ruled those out since you havent had s*x. It could be pearly penile papules... nothing to worry about. It could be smegma that you need to wash off over a period of time if it is stuck good.

As for masturbating.. your glans is sensitive. That's normal for a young guy. As you age, it gets less sensitive.. so enjoy that feeling while it lasts.

Whatever it is... it has nothing to do with having a f******n... so being cut is not going to change anything.

Could be a fungus.  Go to the Dr. Don't be embarrassed Dr's. have seen it all.  Just get it taken care of.  It could be eczema which can be treated with an antibiotic cream.   Go to Medhelp website.  It will be helpful.  By the way you can get the cream at Walmart or any drug store and it is used for many things.  eczema is not a std.

It's impossible for even a doctor to diagnose without looking at it.  If you're only 13, you probably need to see the doctor anyway for an annual checkup and to make sure you're up-to-date on your immunizations.  Have courage and make the appointment just in case it is something that needs medical attention before it gets worse.
