4. in this exercise, write an expression that gives the distance between the given points in a coordinate plane

  1. Here's the fourth one.

    d = √[(x+1)² + (0-3)²]

    d = √[x²+2x+1+9]

    d = √(x²+2x+10)

    All the other problems involve the distance formula, too.
