sorry to burst some peoples bubble but it is a painted tetra if you go back to the pictures the exact fishes name is Macho and he is painted tetra

it lokks like a ballon bellied silver molly.

It's neither a molly nor a tetra it's a silver dollar, They're a pretty common fish. I know since I own about 5 of them.
