OK. So I've known this girl for the last few months and we've developed what I would say is a pretty good friendship. We laugh a lot and have talked about a lot of different serious things too. We used to talk a whole lot everyday.
Lately however, she hasn't talked to me that much. She still says that she enjoys talking to me and misses that we haven't talked too much lately, but it seems like she isn't making any effort.
The other day we were both at a football game at my college. She was with some of her friends and I was with some of mine. Somehow she ended up siting only about 15 feet away from me in the stands. I noticed every once in a while she glanced over at me, but looked away if I looked toward her. As the game went on our friends were moving around and there was an open space between us. After I few minutes I noticed she had moved into the open space and was only about 5 feet away from me now. So I slid over next to her and said "Sneaking over here?" (we joked around a lot). She kind acted a little surprised that I was there as if she hadn't known I was at the game. So we started talking about some random stuff and after a few minutes she told me she was going to be right back, and then she went over and talked to one of her good girl friends. They talked for a few seconds and then started laughing, and then she came back next to me. We talked a little more, she didn't start up any conversations but when I did she responded and added a little. When the game was almost done she said she'd be back in a second and left. All the sudden she came up the stands right in front of me and told me she was leaving but she'd talk to me later.
She always smiles when she sees me and if we pass each other on the way to class we always say something.
I really like her but I'm not sure what this means. I don't know if she likes me. Any help would be appreciated.
Also, I've been in here top friends on facebook only below her family and actually above some of her immediate family for the last few months if that means anything.
BTW, this is a college environment.
Thanks
