HELP PLEASE why can't i see my web page on the internet ? ? ? ? ?

i used google page creator but i can't see the wep page on the internet does that mean its not on there or what

If this is your home page when you first log on, try this, go to tools, then Internet Options. Note what is in the home page section on the top, if it is anything other than your google then if you have that webe page saved in your files, retrieve it by right clicking on it after you highlight it, then click on copy, then go to the address bar on the home page and right click again and click on paste, it might ask you if you want to change your home page, click yes and the next time it should be there.
