when you run, were does the fat burn off from??

can you tone your stomach by running or do you have to do sit ups??

  2. It burns off from everywhere! It's great for your stomach and your whole mid section in general. It's also fantastic for your legs and your arms. And lets not forget about the behind, it does wonder for that too! Good luck!

  3. If you want to lose weight and get more fit, then this is the way to go:

    This will lose you fat everywhere

    Eat as much watermelon as you can throughout the day. Drink heaps of water. Try not to eat junk or fatty foods either.

    Each night about ½ an hour after dinner or ½ an hour before breakfast, go for an approximately 15min run/jog. If you can, run with light weights in your hands, pulling them up to your shoulders as you go. You only really need to do this if you want fitness, though. (You should never really exercise within ½ an hour of exercising).

    In the first week you might:

    -Feel sick in the stomach. This is because you are flushing out toxins from your body. This will pass within a few days. You will be much healthier afterwards!

    -You may find that your weight stays the same or even goes up. This is normal. After a week you will feel and see the difference. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, but don’t let this stop you from exercising!

    First, it is impossible to burn off fat from a single area of your body, the only thing you can do is lower your overall body fat %. Running only burns calories which is helpful for losing fat.

    Second, there is no exercise that can "tone" muscles. The way that your muscles look is dependent on genetics, the only thing you can do is loose weight to make them show up more. If you want to get your abs to show, then you will need to lower your over all body fat to around 10%.

  7. the hard truth is you cant target specific areas to lose weight, everyone is differnt also. if you want to lose weight have a good excerise program also  eat smart you dont have to go on a full out diet but take in less carbs then your burning and you will lose weight. as for you stomach if you want to see any resemblance of a toned stomach or a six pack you will have to lose the belly fat. abs are made in the kitchen. doing tons of sit ups will strengthen your core but not rid you of the belly fat hiding your abs

  9. Fat burns from where ever your body gets it from, so yep, running will burn fat from your tummy, and will do so more than situps.
