HELP! Please! A messy mind and a messy room?

Are these things related somehow? If you're life's a mess, and your room is unbelievably messy and disorganized, are these things related?

Kinda yeah. I have a friend with an unbelievably messy room. It is sooo filthy! It really shows her true character...she is also very lazy at times.

She even has a lot of friend problems and is always losing things she has borrowed..

I think that quote is true.

Very often the two things go together.

Sometimes when your life is a mess you get too down to even bother to "do" your room. However, even if the things happening in your life seem beyond your control, you can set about organising your room. Spend a day stowing things away, throwing out the rubbish, put up a new picture and light a candle or burn incense.
