HELP! Refund policy?

Ok so I enrolled my daughter in a private homeschool(corrospondence) the policy said money back guarantee within 30 days of enrollment and they would ship my daughters school material in 7-10 days.Well its been more than a month since i enrolled her and we have not recieved anything.

We got really dissapointed so we decided we wanted our $500 down payment money back,but its now been 33 days.I called the 29th(before the full 30 days and left a voicemail at about 12 pm explaining my situation but never recieved a call from them until todaythe 3d.(which i missed because of work)

I will call them tomorrow,but I'm worried ...do you think they will NOT give us our money back because of this?I mean we havent recieved a thing in a month its ridiculous!

  1. So called money back guarantees don't mean much. It has more to do with the quality of the goods rather than having actually received them.

    Clearly the company is not 100% legit if you are still waiting. My advice is to keep a record of all your dealings with the company and contact the BBB and maybe even the attorney general. Essentially, they agreed to provide you a service that you paid for and by not providing said service, they are stealing.
