HELP! Replacement door needed

Im looking for a replacement door that leads from the the attached garage into the home office/soon-to-be-baby room. The door has smaller than usual dimentions (and its a rental, so I can't make the opening bigger). I want to find a door that prevents heat/cold from entering the house, but my biggest and first problem is that typical standard doors are 30x80 ... and mine is 28 1/4x78 1/4. Does anyone know where I can find a place to get such a door?? Im in the Southern California area. Baby is due in November and I'd like to get this done before that. Thanks :o)

If you call a milling outlet they will make you a door to what ever size u need.  They usually work with those companies that build all the suburbs but they will do a single order as well.  I had to replace the same door and thats how I did it! It was about $70 U.S.  Make sure u get the mortices (place where the hinge goes) in the right spot , so, measure that as well.
