HELP!!! Returned check?

I just checked our checking account online and there was a HUGE problem. We had been issued a check from an insurance company to reimburse us for car repairs. We deposited this check on April 3. It had already cleared online and everything--it showed the money in our account. Today I look and they have subtracted the amount of the check and a returned check fee. We already spent this money. What is going on? How do we fix it? Any idea how this happened? I have never experienced this before so I have no clue what to do. I tried to call the insurance co but they do not have a 24 hr number so I left a voicemail, called my bank they were no help. I will call again in the morning but I am terrified...help!

  1. it's in the company that's their problems, you can report it to their customer service or you have to go their office,

that's why some people needs a security to their properties, credits, bank accounts and etc.

try this site maybe this one can help you

do not let this problem not to be solve...

    be alert and save money..

  2. It's not a real insurance problem other than the insurance company sent you the bum check.  Same as if someone else gave you a bum check.

Get ahold of the claim department and insist on their replacing the money plus anything you were charged by the bank for the returned check fee.  If you don't get that, file a complaint with your state insurance department.

The bank isn't going to get involved on your behalf.
