HELP!! STUCK IN BLACK IN POKEMON PEARL!!!

At first i knew how to get Darkrai but i need all 8 bages.... Snow point citys was the only one left that i needed so i was in black . Then i went to far i wasted 30 minutes trying to get back but when i finally got to a city it was all black it was black ...EVERYTHING was black....Has this happened to you?and how do you fix it? PLEASE HELP

here r the steps =)

1)Beat the Pokemon League.

2)Have both Palkia and Digula, no more pokemon with you besides them two.

3)Go to where you catch Palkia (Pearl) or Digula (Diomand).(The peak of Mt.Cornet.)

4)Darkrai will be hard to catch, if you struggled for Mespirit and used your *Master Ball* you have no chance of catching Darkrai so don't bother (no offence!)

5)Save the game.

6)You will see the carvings of a shadow, be carful, if he comes to you right away, it could cause serious damage! Meaning that you wont catch him as easy as you will!

7)His moves are likley ito be aggressive!

8)(Diomand) his moves are: Shadow pulse, Hypnosis, Dream eater, and Dark sence.

9)(Pearl) his moves are: Black wave, Shadow claw, hypnosis, and end of the world (very very affective!!!)
