Hey yahoo's...
I have a little problem and was just wondering, even tho this is totally embarrassing, im gonna ask it anyways..
What really is starting to annoy me and make me feel uncomfortable is the fact that I have a big butt that sticks out...
It's not that I have bog thighs or anything, or even that im a big guy in general, i actually have a slim build and allways have. My butt just stick out and when i'm wearing a t-shirt or shirt it makes me look fat from the side view but when looking at me facing me you woudn't notice it till i turn on my side, if you know what i mean....
Anyways so im trying to go treadmills or jogging but wondering if that would help reduce the size of my butt?....i also have a mountain bike which if i know that it would help i would defo use loads also....
So I really would appreciate if you people perhaps could tell me of ways which you would recommend me lose my butt sticking out of me.....or do you think that i should really push for my cardio which Im thinking about seriously doing...i just dont wanna waste my time in doing it if i wont help - if you know what I mean...

Oh and by the way...just in case your wondering, I weigh about 8 and a half stones, which works out at about 55kg...and my height is around 5"7..dont know if that helps...
