HELP!!!! Slower than slow torrent downloads?

Hey there.....i have a dsl502t modem that is connected to a di524 wireless router.....have been playing with the settings but am still unable to get greater speeds. Am using mac osx. am also running a notebook with vista and azureus as my client. Any help would greatly appreciated.

You are going to have to clear Azureus through the router and modem.

It depends how many seeds there are on the torrent. If there are many seeds and it is still going slow, you need to have a faster upload speed because torrents let you download faster when you upload faster.
