  1. whats his name?

  2. Hire a private detective who may have good relations with the local law enforcement.  Maybe they can pull out the guys info through his license plate.  Also, check out the internet address of your local court and see if they list the names of current defendants in other cases with case dates on their calendars.  If you happen to find that he has another case with someone else you may get the date for his next appearance in court and at that moment you can arrange to subpoena him...

  3. ask the police, they might know if he/she could be in your area, but if he/she isnt, i bet if you tell the police all of his information, they'll look out for him/her often.

    Good luck!!

  4. Try anywho.com or Mapquest

  5. If you have his tag number you should be able to get his  address Try the  department of motor vehicle' Try also the state police. Tell them your situation If all that fails figure out for yourself weather it's worth it to pay for the persons address, and good luck on your search....kitkatz06

  6. If you knew somebody who worked for a collection agency you could have them run his name and phone number information through their database.  A lot of times they have better information then the free websites.

You might be thinking gee lannie I dont know anybody that works for a collection agency but if you think real hard (and email me the information since I work for one) you might be able to think of 1 person that works for an agency that is willing to help.

  7. I have no idea, but maybe if you visit a police station, they may be able to find it for you?

  8. Go to the POLICE and file a complaint.  Legally, they can't give you his address, but they can serve him with a subpeona to appear in court

  9. I'm not sure what jurisdiction you're in but if you have an attorney, they should have bailiffs who can find this person on your behalf for the purposes of going to court

  10. What you could do is go to the police station, tell them your problem and have them run his license plate and his address will be there. Or you could try to do a reverse phone number search (or just search with his name) on whitepages.com -- But personally I would try the police station first before you pay for one of those websites--I don't know anyone who has ever actually paid for info one one of them so I can't say whether its good or not.
