HELP.. URGENT! ANYONE THAT HAS EXPERIENCE IN CHIHUAHUA PUPPIES!!?

My puppy's stomach started rumbling, and shes not eating , she just walks away from her food . As well, she fell down some stairs and shes been sleepy/not active since. I'm extremely worried about her because her stomach keeps going. PLEASE HELP ASAP!! :(

You need to take her to the vet ASAP!!! Chihuahua's can go down hill very fast when they become sick and don't eat. They need to snack day round, along with their meals. Maybe you should change the food you are giving her...

Could the puppy be hypoglycemic (low blood sugar)?  This would make it very weak and could have been the reason why it fell down the stairs in the first place.  If so, she needs a little sugar water or Karo syrup.  You need to get her into the vet anyways and have her checked out.  But this is something you might ask about since chihuahuas (especially puppies) are prone to have every once in a while, and if not treated promptly can cause some serious problems.

Usually, a rumbling of the stomach is normal, it means that digested food is passing through. As for the lethargy (sleepiness), she could have a concussion. I would recommend taking her to the vet as soon as you can.

You need to get your puppy to the vet.  My chihuahua had inflammatory bowel disease which caused his tummy to rumble terribly.  She may have fallen down the stairs just due to weakness from not eating.  Try to feed her some chicken or rice w/broth in it, until you can get her to a vet.  Chihuahua's health can change quite quickly, so please don't wait--get to the vet!

The  best help for your puppy is to get her to the vets as quickly as you can.  If she is sleepy after a tumble down stairs, she could have a concussion, among other things.  Your worry over her stomach rumbling should not be of near the concern  as for  the tumble she took.  Get her to the vets, pronto!
