HELP URGENT PLEASE !?

hello, my brother has been recently moving both eyebrows up and down ...when he watches tv or on the computer, its like his eyebrows raise like 5 times in 10 seconds, is he adjusting eyes or what, I dont understand what it is. and i told my mum but she doesnt know what it is, and is complacent.

Can you tell me whats goin on, reli help please

Why not ask him what he's doing?

Seriously, it could be that he's trying to do eye exercises he saw online or on TV, or he could be squinting because he needs glasses. Next time you see him doing it, just say "why are you raising your eyebrows like that?" and don't give him any options (just in case he's squinting and doesn't want to admit it). If he doesn't come up with a reason very quickly, he may be squinting and doesn't want to admit it.
