HELP WITH A PORTABLE DVD PLAYER PLEASE!!!

okay my problem is i have a portable dvd player by polaroid but i try watch it with out being plugged in and i can't see any thing

also i dont have a manual and i've looked every where online for one and i can't find it in spanish
