HELP! What do I serve with Chinese Green Beans?

I am making Emeril's Favorite Chinese Green Beans: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/emeril-lagasse/emerils-favorite-chinese-green-beans-recipe/index.html and I am going to make some rice to serve with it, but I think I need something else. Please help!

Serve some tangy chicken so a little bit of the flavor of the tangy chicken will soak into the rice if you put it on the rice

Pepper Steak or Sesame chicken would be good.

You can do a chicken stir fry with red pepper strips and peanuts. This would complement the beans nicely.
