HELP What is going rate (per sq. foot) for post construction cleanup for a 25000 square foot building?

Project starts in a week, and must be completed in two days. 54 double hung windows as well inside and out. 2 Restrooms on each floor. No debris removal.

Depends on what state, and what you want done. In the southeast general post construction clean up would include cleaning of all windows, cleaning all floors, ventwork, etc and you can count on anywhere from $5-10.00 per window with floors, walls and vents extra.
