Soo. i workout about.. 4 to 5 times a week. Which is good im guessing, i dont eat very much fattening foods. i workout all parts of my body but i especially want fit butt and legs (thighs) and it seems that i am sore and keep working out but i dont feel like i am seeing any results.

and why is it the day after i work out! i feel fatter and less fit then before i went to the gym.. i dont understand. Im just getting aggivated cuz i dont see any change. what am i doing wrong.

  2. well how long have you been working out?

    if it's only for about a month or so, i wouldn't be surprised.

    i think if you keep doing what you're doing, you'll notice some changes in a couple of weeks.
