Soo. i workout about.. 4 to 5 times a week. Which is good im guessing, i dont eat very much fattening foods. i workout all parts of my body but i especially want fit butt and legs (thighs) and it seems that i am sore and keep working out but i dont feel like i am seeing any results.and why is it the day after i work out! i feel fatter and less fit then before i went to the gym.. i dont understand. Im just getting aggivated cuz i dont see any change. what am i doing wrong.
