HELP! Windows XP, computer to another computer ????? please help :)?

Question

The computer that i am on right now has windows xp on it but i have another computer to. I was hoping if i could transfer the windows xp to my other computer (((i have the cd from the XP and everything still together i was really hoping if it would transfer to my newer computer , please help me ! :)

do i have to unistall it then put it in the newer computer ... or no ???

are you trying to transfer your files on to your computer that has xp? because that will be easy to do i think you should  install a new xp service if your cpu mess up.
