  1. dont listen 2 joseph saying live in south get stabbed and die..

i lived in south london for over 3years before we moved 2 west and im still living :|

oxford street is the best :)

or how about go 2 south wales .. cardiff? in the uk yeah .. love it there :D

  2. Well I love London and there's certainly plenty of places for shopping, such as Oxford Street, Regent Street, Carnaby Street and the new shopping centre opening in White City. (Just to name a few lol)

If you wanted somewhere slightly quieter, I would suggest Dartford or Greenhithe. These are south-east of London, in Kent, and the only real interesting place to shop there is Bluewater, but it is HUGE. You can also reach London and the great shopping it has to offer easily from these places by train.

And by the way, Oxford Street and Harrods aren't just for tourists, Londoners also shop there.

    Hope that helped :)

  3. oxford and bond street. but you've got to remember in england alot of things are loads more exensive then anywhere else in the world

  4. yeah London has good shops

    oxford street has great stuff

    and harords of course

but dont move to south london

    central!

live in south get stabbed and die

and thank you im quit fond of your accents as well. =]

  5. Most of the people on here are American not British, I live in London so I'm biased but yes, as far as shopping goes it's all in London, anything you require is here!. Europe is a big place with thousands of cities it isn't just France and Britain, there are cities like Helsinki (Finland) which are fantastic too. Thanks for the positive compliments by the way!. (it's 4:13 I should be in bed).

P.S Well done for stepping away from the preppy, we don't do that here ;)

EDIT Ignore the person below telling you about Oxford St and Harrod's, they're for tourists and there's no such place as "South London Central".

EDIT why are people directing you to bloody shopping centres in Kent?, people from London don't go to Kent to do their shopping lmao!.  That's like someone from New York boarding a train to shop in Connecticut - why would you?.

  6. As previous answers have said London does have it all.

You have to visit Harrods just to say you've done it. Along the same road as Harrods is all your designer names. Don't miss Sloane square either, very upmarket.

Oxford Street / Regent Street is where you will find all your high street names that you find in every city in the u.k plus a few others.

Don't miss Camden a great buzzing place for cheap fashionable clothes.

If you want to see a smaller prettier traditional town and combine a little bit of shopping Cambridge is lovely. (About one and a half hours north of London) .

  7. England,

The UK is England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland altogether,
