My left labia hangs further than my right.

Is this a turn-off to guys?

no its more of a psychological thing. does it turn off a girl if a guys left ball is further down than the right? no because everyone is like that. if a guy loves you he will gladly eat you out.

My wife has the same thing ... or maybe the opposite thing. I don't remember which is longer to be honest. Anyway, she thinks it's horrid. I'd never noticed until she mentioned it ... a few times. It never turned me off, but then again, my left testis hangs a little lower than my right ... or maybe it's the other way around. Never cared enough to worry about that either.

I am a male and  only if it hangs more that 6 inches ,,,,,then it makes me feel small

LOL, sweetie this is normal, most females breast aren't the same size but nothing extremely notiIceable. I have the same labia "problem" you do but its not a huge difference. Unless its out of the ordinary dont worry about it, and by the way, trust me guys wont be worried about that!
