HELP blackberry curve!!!?

Question

my texting all of a sudden doesnt work..

ive had the phone 2 weeks.

my brother tried texting me.

i watched the screen and the alert came on, but when i go to my inbox nothing is there.

not even the previous messages.

its completely empty.

how do i restore the settings on my phone to normal??

or fix this.

try calling the company, maybe somethings wrong.

Your phone just might be out of memory.  When its out or low, messages will disappear and your not able to retieive it.  Make sure you have a SD media card (insert behind the battery), and get rid of old and un needed messages, also clear your internet cache.

Do a diagnostic run, under options, mobile network, menu, run diagnostic.

Well try taking the sim card out and battery leaving it out for a while and put it back on.

If that don't work gop call your service care provider, most phones have a 1-2 year warrenty and they can replace it for free if it's Cingular call 611 and get to custamer service by pressing 0 then 0 again and ask them to get you over to Warrenty it's compleely free to exchange, they send you a phone without the battery back and charger, it'll come with a free pre-paid mailing return thing you take your old phone put it in there and keep the new one and mail it back!!

The best way to resolve the problem would be to check with your service provider or someone from RIM. If anyone else has had this problem then those people can help you, and if not then RIM and your service provider should know about the glitch
