HELP catching raikou on fire red HELP?

i have got raikou down to about 1HP and it is paralyzed but i can't seem to catch it any advice PLEASE HELP

What balls are you using?

Pokéballs: no don't use them

Great Balls: OK... I guess

Ultra Balls: Your best bet if you don't want to waste you Master Ball on them

Master Ball: Unless you've alrady used it... you should catch Raikou with it because Raikou hasn't got a Stationary Point, it doesn't sit around waiting to be captured like Mewtwo etc. spend your time catching Mewtwo and such like with ultra balls because if you accidently kill it or run out of balls (And you saved before hand!!!) then just switch your game off and try again. But Raikou is unexpected, really, so lob your master ball at it. Unless you've wasted it already then go for Ultra Balls (Whatever you do don't kill Raikou, you may not get another chance at getting him!!)

this sounds tough with it being paraylsed i think u might have to start again and save yr master ball
