  1. Yeah, it does. But it would be easier to read if you write it like, "The point of view of this story was first person; from Sonny as a young man." Because the sentence is made up of two dependent clauses you have to add a semicolon between them. I hope it makes more sense now. :-)

  2. First person is "I", second person is "you" and third person is "he, she, or it"  Therefore, this sentence means that the story was told by Sonny either when he actually was a young man or (more likely) later in life, but he told it as though he were still that age and living it at the time.  For example, if he were telling in in first person, but not as a young man, he might say, "When I was nineteen years old, I attended college."  However, since he is telling it from the perspective of a young man, he would say "I am nineteen years old and am a college student."

  3. It has no sense and is confusing.

  4. How about "This story was written in the first person, from the point of view of Sonny as a young man" ?

  5. Not really, is is suppose to mean that ' the story is told in the first person by Sonny when he was young'

Too many of's . If you say he, then man is not required.

    hope this help

  6. Don't know what story this is, but maybe this will help:

The narrator of the story is Sonny as a young man. As Sonny refers to himself as "I" and "me" in the story, the story is told in the first person point-of-view. This gives the readers the impression that they are hearing from the character himself, as they would hear from a friend or from family member.

  7. It does, but it may be confusing to some people. I would use:

This story is in the first person point of view of a young Sonny.

  8. not at all. it should be, the main protagonist of the story was concerning Sonny, a young man.

  9. This might sound better:  "story was written in first person narrative"

  10. hmm, nope it dosent make much sense to me

  11. Its like a run-on sentences lol umm try

The point of view of this story is first person. Its from Sonny as a young man.

The point of view from this story is first person and its Sonny as a young man.

  12. Doesn't make sense as it's written. Could this be what you mean:

The story is told in the first person style by Sonny when he was young.

  13. This guy Sonny, is describing his point of view from when he was younger, maybe?

  14. kinda.... yeah i guess
