  1. No. Almost all of the places including banks will not take out of date passports or school ID cards. You have to have a valid in date ID card with your name on it and or a military ID card with your information on it. Sometimes they have certain places like stores or gas stations in the area like typically cash peoples checks without it if they know you well enough. Or you could also try going to a hispanic store, they dont ask for Id either. At least the one here where I live doesnt and everyone goes there that doesnt have ID. They charge alittle fee for cashing it.

  2. The banks ask for a Valid State ID or Passport as primary form of ID, this means it would need to be current.  Unfortunately Student ID is on the list but only for secondary ID.  You will have more of a challenge since it is not your bank too.

I would go get a State ID, you'll need your School ID and Birth Certificate, plus how much ever it costs.

    Good Luck!

  3. Chances are no, They dont usually let you cash with just a school i.d. some places might the first couple times until you get a state issued id. i would highly reccoment going to the dmv and getting one if you don't have a drivers license, because you won't be able to do much of anything without one.
