HELP:: how can i get this guy who im not sure if he still likes me to like me again???

theres this guy who diesnt go to my school so i dont really get to see him except when we pick up my brother from football practice. i want him to know that i still like him sorta so i want him to see me looking at him but i dont wanna like stare..also normally if he does see me later that night he would text me and be like i saw u and stuff but he doesnt do it as much really anymore..how can i get him to like me BTW theres a game this weekend and he plays at a diff time than my bro so maybe i could talk to him?? idk please helppp
