HELP how do i delete my cookies from my mac.?

i have been trying to delete my searches all day i've been told too that i have to delete my cookies but i can't fined them. i found info about cookies but i can't fined cookies it self. i have a mac.and i'm on Safari and i don't see a toolbox please HELP me thank you.
