HELP! how do i lose weight on my face?

PLEASE HELP! my face structure is a little round but my cheeks have grown so big,and my cheekbones are hiddden! is there any special diet or food i should stay away from to lose weight?

  1. Stay away from foods with high sodium! Best way to lose face fat is to jog, chew gum, drink alot of water, and stretch your jaw every morning by opening your mouth as wide as possible a couple of times.


  2. Everyone gains and loses weight in different ways. There isn't really a way to target your face for weight loss because you can't really exercise your cheeks.

    If you eat right and exercise, you will lose weight and will eventually lose it from your face, but you may lose it from other areas (butt, thights, tummy) first.

    For what it's worth, I think a round face is hotter than a long boney face.

  3. if you start to diet the first place you will notice weight loss is in your face. if you want to know a diet just dont eat ice cream or cookies or junk food. eat normal meals and a healthy snack or 2 and you will be fine.

  4. give up pop, if you drink it.. you'll notice in your face first..

  5. stay away from fat
