HELP! how do i turn the video around (change format?) !?

Question

i filmed videos on my panasonic camera , but because i filmed vertically, the videos are now the wrong way round on the computer, so i can't put them on youtube etc.

how do i turn them around, like pictures?

i have a mac!! (macbook)

i cant open the videos with iMovie and iDVD, and in quicktime movie theres no editing is there.

please help!!!

You can do it with iMovie on your Mac.

Import the clip into iMovie then select the entire clip  and click on the 'crop' button in the centre of the screen, it looks like a square with overhanging ends - in between the microphone and speaker buttons right in the centre of the screen.

Your clip will display in the top right of the screen with editing options including left and right rotate arrows (top centre). Each click of one of those arrows rotates your clip 90 degrees.

Click 'done' at the top right corner of your clip when finished.

u wanna change the format of the video then use xilisoft video converter  i am sure it will work do try it.........!
