HELP! i am having hamstring problems and i don't know what i did!?

it is nothing extrely serious. i can still walk. i am a dancer and i can still dance. my problem is i am on a competition team at a competitive dance school and you have to always have your splits to be on the team. i know the year is coming to an end but then try outs will be coming up after that. my splits are terrible and i am normally flat on both legs. right now i am only flat on my left leg! it hurts to do it and my splits are so bad. my splits are not the only problem. it is also leg extensions and leaps and jumps and such! how can i make them heal quickly but it is also healthy for them. please give me some stretches to do. = ] thanks so much!

  1. Do stretchs like when you bend over and touch your toes while you lock your knees


  2. just go to a doctor! i pulled my hamstring at dance team tryouts the first day and decided i can still walk so id just dance it out and it tooka  year to fully heal. just get to a doctor ASAP and they would know how to heal it the quickest.

    my advice is just DONT think youll just ignore it cause i did and it took a LONNNNG time.

  3. first i would say to go to a chiropractor and see what they suggest. and my coach always says to pull you knee up when you standing and touch your toes while sitting. i actually just had a hamstring problem and i just stopped everything just for a week because we had the first week of summer off and when i got back i swear it was gone. idk if that helped you but i hope it did:-)
