  1. you have to dial 011

    then country code (32)

then the phone number with area code

  2. From England you call:

00 + 32 + prefix of the town (without the 0 at front) + number

    http://www.countrycallingcodes.com/resul...

  3. 1. You have to find that your phone have IDD facility.

    2. If you have IDD facility you can dile the number. (32 + area code + subscriber number)

        ex :- 32-205-785-1373

3.If you haven't IDD facility in your phone, you have to call to customer care services and activate the IDD facility.

    4. if you want to find the telephone number in belgium, try this link.

    http://www.whitepages.com/12116/person

  4. Open a phone book. There should be step by step instructions on how to place an international call. If you can't find one ask an operator to assist you.

  5. Ouch - there are some serious wrong answers mixed in there and only one correct one

So as a confirmation, if you have a number e.g. (the British Embassy in Brussels to make it simple) which is 02 287 6211

    So from England, you call

00 (international access code out from England)

32 (international dialing code for Belgium)

then (important as a lot of people forget this part) omit the first zero of the number you have been given and dial the rest 2 287 6211
