HELP i just got a traffic ticket,how much would it be?

i got a illegal right turn and Improper position.

will the ticket very expensive?

and also what is improper position means?

please help me......this is my frist ticket

PLEAD INNOCENT Not GUILTY!!  i know it dosnt make sense but usually they drop it to a parking violation which looks better on ur record.  Improper position means u made a right turn but went into hte far lane.  When u make a turn u always are suppose to turn into the closest lane.  the cop was probably a d**k cause they usually never ticket that.  Tops it would be 100 pretty sure.  I got speeding tickts and it never cost me more than 150 and thats a worse offense than what u did.  its the court surcharges that are expensive

I think it means that you were in a non turn lane.  I guessing under $100 but over $50.

I can't blame you for not inquiring from the traffic authority about the amount of your traffic violation because it caught you unaware. Simply go to the traffic station and inquire for there are lots of traffic violations with different corresponding fees.

the ticket will have the bail amount, that is the fine unless you go before the judge, he may lower it

Ive never heard of that before Im assuming that maybe you turned from the wrong lane maybe? Your ticket will probalby be somewhere in the range of 50 to 75 dollars, it could depend on the time of day, and also the area you were in, I hope it wasnt in any school zone, they are really serious about things like speeding and such. good luck.

Look on the back of your ticket and call the number. Give it a fees days. Since it's your Frost ticket, go to court, you are  always  plea no-low it's correct word for that, however can not think of it right now.   Want be any point on your driver licence but you will still have to pay the ticket thou.  Did you turn on red, when they had a sign up.  ( no turn on right)  Improper maybe did you use your blinker.  Never heard of that one before.

Simply call the police department. If you don't have to show up to court, they'll tell you the cost over the phone. If you have to go to court, you'll have to pay the ticket plus court costs. I had a ticket for wreckless driving and it was 300 plus 100 for court costs.

Look up the Clerk of Court for the County and State u received this lovely ticket in. Also you may want to go to court if you have gotten a ticket within the last 12 months and request driving school in lieu of points against your driving license by the state u r in.

They gave you a moving violation.  It will cost more than you think it should be.  It will be on your driving record too for a few years.  Improper position?   Where did you have your car? LOL  All I can say is I'm sorry.  You sound safe and you should put the problem behind you and go on your way.

thats why i hate cops. i got a ticket once for running a stop sign in front of a cop. i had other violations too but the cop only gave me a ticket for running a stop sign. hahaha dumbest mistake i ever in my life
