HELP! i need a photo editing program?

Question

i relly want to edit pictures, like chnging the colour of a top to pink and the rest of the pic black and white, are there any FREE dowloads that i can get to do this?

i have heard of photoshop, but this costs

if you know of a good, SAFE once please give me the link

Try http://www.picnik.com/ It's free for the basic membership. I use it and it's amazing.  It has so many cool features.  To change the color of the top, go to the create section then scroll down to doodle.  Pick your shade of pink, and doodle the pink.  Then scroll back up to black and white.  It's first on that list.  Use the brush there to color the short normal color while everything around it is black and white.
