HELP!! i need help with horse grooming boxes!!! AND HELMETS!!!?

what is the price of a plastic usual grooming box? and what are the list of things you would put in there and their price. and do you think i have been riding long enough to get a grooming box? i have been riding for about 3 months almost 4 and am at the barn like every day. and also what is the usual price for a velvet helmet?

Helmets can be anywhere from $15-$100 but i'd say about 50 bucks. Grooming boxs are about 20 or 30 bucks. You would need a few different types of brushes. (Don't ask me what there called!)

1. A comb for the tail and main-5-10$

2.a circular brush with small spikes(be gentle when you use it.) 10-30$

A reagular hand brush-5-15$

I let you know if I find any other types of brushes. But those are your basic brushes. Have fun with your horse.

Thats good you have been riding for a few months, but I don't see the point of buying all the grooming accessories if you are just taking lessons. If you own or lease the horse, maybe I would buy them. But I would save your money and just use the barns equipment.  A decent helmet can range from $50-$150.  Go check your size at a tack shop and maybe look for one on ebay for a better price. I sold my helmet that I used once for $20 online, which I paid $75 for.
