HELP! i need suggestions of where to move in europe!!?

hey next year me and my mother r moving to europe but we r not sure where. we r looking for places in middle of nice cities with very high end stores and great shopping. any specific places will help lots.. thanxx

I have been Barcelona, Madrid, Dusseldorf and Bath (UK) ...

and of course Istanbul is my own city ...

If you do not think Istanbul, My advice to move Dusseldorf,
